Overview
Step 1 Select the event you would like to edit and select Event Settings from the bottom of the left toolbar.
Step 2 Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Template Management from Event Settings
Step 3 Select the Template you would like to edit from the list.
Template Types:
E-mailable Templates - Templates that can be emailed out from the system
Automatically Generated by the System - Emails that are automatically generated.
Document/Non-emailed reports - Template that cannot be emailed from the system. Reports that can be printed to Word or HTML format.
Retired - Templates that correspond to deprecated features or have been replaced with improved versions.

Template #30 - Exhibitor Confirmation Letter
Module: Expo Management
Type: E-mailable Template
Purpose: To communicate with exhibitor whose booth was just confirmed or assigned. Details such as booth number, size, exhibitor password are generally included.
How to Send: This letter can be triggered to send on an individual basis from within a company record or en masse from reports (Reports>Printing&Email>Exhibitor Confirmation Letters).
Recipients: Confirmed/Assigned exhibitors only

Template #35 - Invoice Report only use for Manual Financials
Module: Financials
Type: E-mailable Template
Purpose: When using the Manual Financials module, invoices are used to communicate to Companies regarding items purchased and payments due.
How to Send: This template is used with Manual Financials and can be triggered to send on an individual basis within the company record or en masse from Reports>Printing&Email>Invoice.
Recipients: Any company with an invoice for the given event.
Sent From/To: Sent from Event Manager Email or Finance Manager Email, if applicable; Sent To Hierarchy/CC Hierarchy list at the bottom of the template
Template #36 - Statement Report
Module: Financials
Type: E-mailable Template
Purpose: The statement includes the list of booths the company is assigned to, all the items they have ordered, any payments they have remitted, and the date(s) payment is due. This report serves as the company’s Invoice and Receipt of Payment.
How to Send: This template is used with Automatic Financials and can be triggered to send on an individual basis from the company record or en masse from Reports>Printing&Email>Statement or Financial>Reports>Statement
Recipients: Any company with a statement for the given event.

Template #40 – Rejected Presenter Email Blast
Module: Call for Papers
Type: E-mailable Template
Purpose: The Rejected Presenter Email Blast is a report for the Call for Papers module. It is used to communicate with Presenters to let them know that a proposed session that they are a part of has been declined for the conference program. The report returns only the presenters that are associated with proposals that have been marked as 'Declined'.
How to Send: This template can be sent from Reports>Printing&Email>Rejected Presenter Email Blast
Recipients: Presenters associated with proposals whose status is Declined.

Template #41 – Speaker Confirmation Report
Module: Conference/Speaker management
Type: E-mailable Template
Purpose: This email blast is sent out to confirm an accepted Speaker’s session at a specific event. Information about the time, date, room number of the session, and other session specific information are available to include in the template. If a speaker is presenting at multiple sessions there will be a confirmation letter created for each session. Speaker Type is included so you can send out targeted communications to different speakers based on their role.
How to Send: This template can be sent from Reports>Printing&Email>Speaker Confirmation Report

Purpose: The Proposals Not Reviewed email is part of the Call for Papers module. This report is used to communicate with all the Submitters of the Proposals whose status is Not Reviewed.

Type: Automatically Generated
Purpose: This template is generated automatically whenever an exhibitor reserves a booth online using Online Booth Reservation/Sales or Consultative Exhibit Sales modules. The e-mail is a confirmation of the reservation only and is different from the Booth Confirmation letter, which indicates that the booth has been assigned. This email is also sent when Consultative Exhibit Sales (CES) module is used as a confirmation of booth space. NOTE: This email template can be turned off in Event Configuration if the client does not want to send multiple emails to the exhibitor. Typically it is turned off when CES is used and the confirmation is added to the Contract Email Template 77.
