Reports> Proposal Management> Proposals Not Reviewed
The Proposals Not Reviewed email is a part of the Call for Papers module. This report is used to communicate with all the Submitters of the Proposals whose status is Not Reviewed.
Update the Template
Using Template #58 - Proposal Not Submitted Email Blast, update the default content and merge fields.
Send the Email
1. Choose the appropriate Event from the drop down box. If sending a test email first, choose ‘Test’ from the Email Type dropdown and enter the email address the emails should be sent to.
2. Select the speakers to whom the email should be sent [click the ALL box once to select all the records available], and click Email OR select the Word format radio button and click Print to print a copy to mail or for your own records.
