Reports> Printing &Email Reports> Accepted Speaker Email Blast
The Accepted Speaker Email Blast is a report for the Call for Papers module. It is used to communicate with Presenters to let them know that a proposed session that they are a part of has been accepted for the conference program.
Update the Template
Using Template #45 - AcceptedSpeakerEmailBlast, update the default content and merge fields.
Send the Email
1. Choose the appropriate Event from the drop down box. If sending a test email first, choose ‘Test’ from the Email Type dropdown and enter the email address the emails should be sent to.
2. Select the speakers to whom the email should be sent [click the ALL box once to select all the records available], and click Email OR select the Word format radio button and click Print to print a copy to mail or for your own records.
