Exhibitor Guide Reports

These three reports are intended to be used as part of the printed show guide. The output documents are controlled by templates.

 

The Reports

1. Exhibitor List Profile – Template 21 Show Guide
   Use this report to create your alphabetical listing of exhibitors with contact information and company profile. Each exhibitor is listed once.
2. Exhibitor List Category – Template 32 Exhibitor List Category
   Use this report to create a list of exhibitors in each product category, with their booth number. Exhibitors will be listed in every category that was selected their Online Booth Profile was created.  
3. Exhibitor List Brands – Template 33 Exhibitor List Brand
   Use this report if Brands were collected as part of the Online Booth Profile.  Brands are listed alphabetically with the Exhibitor Name and Booth Number(s)

Templates

1. Template 21 - Show Guide
   Use the template to add or remove fields. Format the fields (be sure to include the ## on each end of the field when you add formatting)

• List of Fields – Fields include the FPCoName (the ‘Exhibiting As’ name), booth number(s) (these will be comma separated), Company and Booth information (contact first and last name, email, etc), and the Print Profile.  
• Template Body - Using the List of Fields and the formatting bar, create the template for the Exhibitor Profile. Note – there is a line included in the template that creates a break between profiles when the report is printed.

Template 32 – Exhibitor List Category
The template only lists 3 fields, however these fields will repeat as needed to create the list for each product category, sub category, and the exhibitors associated with the sub category. See the Results section below for a sample.

• List of Fields – There are 3 fields available;

1. ProdCatText1 – The name of the product category
2. SubProdCatText1 – the name of the subcategory
3. CompanyBoothLabel – the ‘Exhibiting As’ name and the booth number(s) for the exhibiting company.

Template Body – Using the formatting bar, determine the look and feel of the Product Category list.

Template 33 – Exhibitor List Brand
The template also only lists 3 fields, however these fields will repeat as needed to create a list of brands and the associated exhibitor name and booth number(s). See the Results section below for a sample.

• List of Fields – There are 3 fields available;
• Brands – the list of brands that were entered by the exhibitor in their eBooth profile.
• FPCoName – the ‘Exhibiting As’ name of the exhibitor.
• BoothLabel – the booth number(s) for this exhibitor.
• Template Body – Using the formatting bar, determine the look and feel of the brands list.
