Report Types
Pre-Configured
Reports of this type have preset fields, and a set configuration. Many reports of this type are combinations of multiple data sets, such as Orders, Invoices and Payments, for quick summaries.
Configurable
These reports have a large selection of possible fields that can be selected from drop down lists. The user can select the fields in any order, set report specific filters, and sort options, and save their criteria to use again later.
A few tips to get the most out of Configurable reports:
- View all available columns before creating a report, you may discover something useful
- Utilize filters to create specific reports
- Utilize the Sort By feature to create a point-of-view
- Utilize the various export options (i.e.: Excel vs. HTML)
- Exporting to Excel allows you to further manipulate the data
- Save reports you plan to use often by giving it a name and clicking the save button. This feature is found at the bottom of all configurable reports.
These reports aid in communication with Exhibitors, Speakers, and other contacts that are within the system. Emails are sent to a selected group of contacts [Speakers, Presenters, Exhibitors, etc.]. Email contents are managed in Template Management.
Document
These reports are intended to be printed and can be formatted in Template Management.
Exposition
Exposition reports are all related to the floor plan, exhibitors, and related information.

Recipients: exhibitors who have not logged in and verified their booth information for the given event.
Notes: an exhibitor is assumed to not have verified their information unless they log in and hit Submit on their booth profile. If an exhibitor needs to be excluded from the report (for instance because their record was edited in GlobalAdmin or is known to be correct), they can be marked to not appear on the list for this report from Booth Info screen accessible from the Booths tab of the Company record by use of “Booth Profile Submitted” checkbox. Once checked, the checkbox cannot be unchecked.
