Booth Log Report

The Booth Log report gives the user a way to pull all booth level operations for a specific date range, operator, and/or operation type.

To Pull the Report

1. Select Event from the drop down list.
2. Select Operator from the drop down list (optional)
3. Select Start and End dates (optional)
4. Select one or more Operation Type (optional)
   • Note - selecting no operation type will return ALL operations for the selected event, operator, and/or log dates.
5. Results will be displayed as a .txt file.

Select Event – All events for the logged in user will be available in the drop down, if an event was selected with the user logged in it will show as the default option in the drop down.

Select Operator – All operators that are marked as active will be available in the drop down.

Log Date – Log dates are selected by clicking on the calendar tool and clicking on the preferred date. If a single date is desired select that date as both the start and end dates. A day begins at 12:00am and ends at 11:59pm, selecting 4/1 – 4/2 will return all applicable operations from 12:00am 4/1 until 11:59pm 4/2.

Operation Type – Booth level operations can be selected by clicking the box to the left of the operation

• All – returns all the operations listed
• Reserve – Creating a booth reservation, operation is found at Floorplan Management>Assignments>Reserve
• Merge  - Two or more booths combined into one large booth, operation is found at Floorplan Management>Layout>Merge
• Decline  - Removing a booth reservation, operation is found at Floorplan Management>Assignments>Decline
• Vacate – Removing a booth assignment, operation is found at Floorplan Management>Assignments>Vacate
• BoothType  - associating a booth type (Island, Inline, 1 Corner, etc.) with a booth space, , operation is found at Floorplan Management>Advance Operations>Booth Type (or Process Booth Type)
• Hall - associating booth space with a hall, operation is found at Floorplan Management>Advance Operations>Hall
• Split – Reverting a large booth space back to its original max layout, operation is found at Floorplan Management>Layout>Split
• Confirm – making a booth reservation into a booth assignment, operation is found at Floorplan Management>Assignments>Confirm
• Resize – Changing the size of a single booth, operation is found at Floorplan Management>Layout>Resize
• Pavilion - associating booth space with a pavilion, operation is found at Floorplan Management>Advance Operations>Pavilion
• Delete – Removing a booth space from the floor plan layout, operation is found at Floorplan Management>Layout>Delete
• Move – Changing the physical location of a booth, operation is found at Floorplan Management>Layout>Move
• Renumber – changing the booth number on a booth, this is done by clicking on the booth and changing the text in the Booth Number text field, and clicking Save
• AddPoly – Creating a poly booth on the floor plan, operation is found at Floorplan Management>Layout>Create Poly
• SubExpo - associating booth space with a SubExpo, operation is found at Floorplan Management>Advance Operations>SubExpo
• Revive – Adding a booth back to the floor plan from the max layout, operation is found at Floorplan Management>Layout>Revive
• Assign – Assigning a company to a booth, operation is found at Floorplan Management>Assignments>Assign
• MoveExh – Moving a company’s booth assignment or reservation from one booth to another, operation is found at Floorplan Management>Assignments>Move Exhibitor
