Confirm a Reserved booth space and convert it to an Assigned booth space for an approved company.

Confirm
Assignments > Confirm
- Use this function to associate a booth in holding for the designated Company.
- Reserved booths are indicated in green on the floor plan.
- Use the Assign function to assign an available booth.
Without Financials
1. Navigate to your Floorplan. From the right functional menu, click Assignments, then click Confirm.
2. Click the reserved booth from the floor plan or type the booth number into the Booth field textbox and hit enter to select it.
3. Click Submit to confirm the reserved company.
A green Success alert indicates the booth space has been confirmed.
With Financials
1. Navigate to your Floorplan. From the right functional menu, click Assignments, then click Confirm.
2. Click the reserved booth from the floor plan or type the booth number into the Booth field textbox and hit enter to select it.
3. Connect the appropriate booth space rate via one of the following methods:
- If an active booth space order was previously created, select the existing order from the Select Order dropdown list.
- If there is no existing order, create a new one by selecting an option from the New Order dropdown list.
Disregard default values by entering a price per sq foot (or sq meter) value in the New Order Price Override field.
4. If applicable, select a premium order from the Premium Order dropdown list. Enter a custom price per square foot [or square meter] in the Premium Order Price Override field, as needed.
5. If applicable, select the appropriate user from the Salesperson dropdown list.
Add a new user to this list by navigating to Global Settings > User Management.
6. Click Submit to confirm the reserved Company and Assign the booth.
A green Success alert indicates the booth space has been confirmed.
Classic Floorplan Confirm
Events>Features>Expo Management>Floorplan Management>Assignments>Confirm
Use this Function to change the reserved Booth into an assigned Booth. Reserved booths are green on the floor plan, assigned booths are yellow.
Without Financials
Step 1– Select Confirm
Step 2 - Click the reserved booth on the floor plan to select it
Step 3 - Click Submit
With Financials
Step 1 – Select Confirm
Step 2 - Click the reserved booth to select it. If you reserved the booth with an Order, go to Step 4
Step 3 – If you reserved a booth without creating an order then:
Select an Existing order from the dropdown
Or
Select a Booth Space Order Item from the dropdown
Step 4 – Select a Premium if applicable
Note - If the salesperson is someone other than you then select the appropriate Salesperson from the dropdown. ( Additional Salespersons may be added by an admin user via User Management.)
Step 5 - Click Submit
