Remove a company from a Reserved (Green) booth, so the booth is available for a new company to be reserved or assigned.

Assignments>Decline
Click Assignments, select 'show more', then choose Decline.
Without Financials
- Select the booth to be declined by clicking on it or selecting it from the drop down
- Click Submit
- You will recieve the green success alert that the booth has been declined.
With Financials
- Select the booth to be declined by clicking on it or selecting it from the drop down
- If an order is associated with the booth, select the appropriate booth cancellation order from the Order drop down, use the Price Override field if the fee you are keeping is different than the default amount. Note: This amount is based on the Cancellation Schedule and the amount of the booth space order.
- Click Submit
- You will recieve the green success alert that the booth has been declined.
Classic Floorplan Decline
Events>Features>Expo Management>Floorplan Management>Assignments>Decline
Use this function to take a reserved booth off hold, if the Company is not going to be exhibiting at the show. This function removes the association between the company and the booth, and makes the booth available again.
Without Financials
Step 1 - Select Decline
Step 2 - Click the reserved booth on the floorplan to select it
Step 3 - Click Submit to decline the Company’s reservation

Step 3 – If no order was associated with the booth go to Step 4.
If an order has been associated with the booth, select the appropriate Booth Cancellation order from the Dropdown. The Cancellation fee will show in the Price Override box, and is calculated using the Cancellation schedule. To change the fee, enter a different amount in the Price Override box.
Step 4 - Click Submit to decline the Company’s reservation
Note – You will see the original booth space order and premium order filled in when the booth was reserved with an order (see image below), if those are blank then you do not need to create a booth cancellation order.
