If you want to include Sponsors on your exhibitor list, but they do not have a booth, we have a solution for you!
Step 1 - Select the Tools Palette > under Display - check the 'Max (Booth Label)' option and click the 'Apply' button
Step 2 - Use the Layout > Revive option to revive a booth that is not currently being used
Step 3 - Use the Layout > Move option to move the booth to an inconspicuous area on the floorplan
Step 4 - Click on the booth to change the 'Booth Number' field to a value that is relevant to the sponsors (e.g., "Sponsors"). Click 'Save' to apply the changes.
Step 5 - Use the Layout > Resize option to reduce the size of the booth to 1" x 1"
Step 6 - Use the Assignments > Assign option to assign a placeholder sponsor company to the sponsor booth (e.g., Company Name = Sponsors)
NOTE: if you receive a 'Company Not Found' notification, you will need to add the placeholder company using the 'Add Company' option.
Step 7 - To add the sponsor companies, click on the sponsor booth to go to the Company > Booths tab for the placeholder sponsor company > click on the edit icon under 'Co-Exhibitors'
Step 8 - Associate the sponsor companies by searching for the 'Company' > selecting the company from the 'Select Company' drop-down > click 'Add' > repeat for each company that needs to be associated.
NOTE: if you receive a 'Company Not Found' notification, you will need to add the company using the 'Add Company' option.
