These functions are used to Associate and Disassociate Companies with booths.
These functions are used to Associate and Disassociate Companies with booths.
- Assign - Associate a Company with the booth they have purchased. If you need to put a booth on hold, use the Reserve function. Assigned Booths are shown in Yellow on the floor plan.
- Vacate - Remove an Assigned Company from a booth, if they are no longer exhibiting at the Event. This function removes the association between the company and the booth and makes the booth available again. If they need to move to a different booth use the Move Exhibitor Function.
- Reserve -Hold a Booth for a Company. Reserved booths are shown in Green on the floor plan.
- Confirm - Approve the reserved Booth into an assigned Booth.
- Move Exhibitor - Move an Exhibitor (either Reserved or Assigned) from the booth they are currently associated with to a different booth.
- Decline - Take a reserved booth off hold, if the Company is not going to be exhibiting at the show. This function removes the association between the company and the booth and makes the booth available again.
