The Assign functionality associates a Company with a Booth Space.

Use this function to associate a Company with the booth they have purchased. If you need to put a booth on hold, use the Reserve function. Assigned Booths are shown in Yellow on the floor plan
Without Financials
- Select Assign.
- Click on the available booth on the floor plan to select it, or type the booth number into the text box and click enter to select it.
- Type the first few letters of the company name into the search box and select the correct company from the drop down list.
- Click submit to assign the Company to the Booth.
With Financials
- Select Assign
- Click on the available booth on the floor plan to select it, or type the booth number into the text box and click enter to select it.
- Type the first few letters of the company name into the search box. Select the correct company from the drop down list.
- Associate the right booth space rate by either:
- Selecting the Existing order from the drop down.
Note - if the booth you are assigning should not be associated with any of the existing orders for this company, uncheck the 'Use Existing' check box and proceed to use the new order drop down as described below. - Selecting a new order from the New Order drop down box

- Selecting the Existing order from the drop down.
- You can override the price per square foot [or square meter] in the Price Override box, by entering a new price per square foot [or square meter]
- As applicable, select a Premium from the Premium Order drop down box.
- You can override the price of the premium order by typing in the new cost into the PRemium Override box
- For times when the salesperson is someone other than the person entering the order, you can select the appropriate Salesperson from the dropdown. (Additional salespersons can be added via User Management in Global Settings).
- Click submit to assign the Booth.
Classic Floorplan Assign

Without Financials

Step 1 - Select Assign.
Step 2 - Click on the available booth on the floor plan to select it.
Step 3 - Type the first few letters of the company name into the search box and click the search button, and then select the correct company from the drop down list.
Step 4 - Click submit to assign the Company to the Booth.
With Financials
Step 1 -Select Assign
Step 2 - Click on the available booth on the floor plan to select it. The system will enter the square foot (or square meter) total for the booth into the Sq. Ft. box for you. You cannot override this amount.
Step 3 - Type the first few letters of the company name into the search box and click the search button, and then select the correct company from the drop down list.
Step 4 – if the salesperson is someone other than the person entering the order, you can select the appropriate Salesperson from the dropdown. (Additional salespersons can be added via User Management in Global Settings).
Step 5 - Either Select an Existing Order from the drop down
or
Create a new order by selecting the order item from the drop down.
Step 6 - If applicable, select a Premium from the drop down box.
Note – There is the option to override the rate card price for Booth Space and for Premium Orders, if you need to adjust the price. For the Booth Space Price Override enter the new Per Square Foot (or Square Meter) price. For the Premium enter the new total amount for the item.
Step 7 - Click submit to assign the Booth.
