The Assign functionality associates a Company with a Booth Space.

Assign
Assignments > Assign
- Use this function to associate a Company with the booth they have purchased.
- Assigned Booths are indicated in yellow on the floorplan.
- Use the Reserve function if you need to put a booth on hold.
Without Financials
1. Navigate to your Floorplan. From the right functional menu, click Assignments, then click Assign.
2. Click the available booth from the floorplan or type the booth number into the Booth field textbox and hit enter to select it.
3. In the Company field, type the company name then click the company from the dropdown list.
4. Click Submit to assign the company to the booth.
With Financials
1. Navigate to your Floorplan. From the right functional menu, click Assignments, then click Assign.
2. Click the available booth from the floorplan or type the booth number into the Booth field textbox and hit enter to select it.
3. In the Company field, type the company name then click the company from the dropdown list.
4. Associate a booth space order via one of the following methods:
- If a booth space order has been created, select the existing order from the Select Order dropdown list.
- If the existing order is not applicable, deselect the Use Existing checkbox and select an option from the New Order dropdown list to create a new one.
Disregard default values by entering a price per sq foot (or sq meter) value in the Price Override field.
5. If applicable, select a premium order from the Premium Order dropdown list. Enter a custom price per square foot [or square meter] in the Premium Order Price Override field, as needed.
6. If applicable, select the appropriate user from the Salesperson dropdown list.
Add a new user to this list by navigating to Global Settings > User Management.
7. Click Submit to assign the Booth.
Classic Floorplan Assign

Use this function to associate a Company with the booth they have purchased. If you need to put a booth on hold, use the Reserve function. Assigned Booths are shown in Yellow on the floor plan.

Without Financials
Step 1 - Select Assign.
Step 2 - Click on the available booth on the floor plan to select it.
Step 3 - Type the first few letters of the company name into the search box and click the search button, and then select the correct company from the drop down list.
Step 4 - Click submit to assign the Company to the Booth.
With Financials
Step 1 -Select Assign
Step 2 - Click on the available booth on the floor plan to select it. The system will enter the square foot (or square meter) total for the booth into the Sq. Ft. box for you. You cannot override this amount.
Step 3 - Type the first few letters of the company name into the search box and click the search button, and then select the correct company from the drop down list.
Step 4 – if the salesperson is someone other than the person entering the order, you can select the appropriate Salesperson from the dropdown. (Additional salespersons can be added via User Management in Global Settings).
Step 5 - Either Select an Existing Order from the drop down
or
Create a new order by selecting the order item from the drop down.
Step 6 - If applicable, select a Premium from the drop down box.
Note – There is the option to override the rate card price for Booth Space and for Premium Orders, if you need to adjust the price. For the Booth Space Price Override enter the new Per Square Foot (or Square Meter) price. For the Premium enter the new total amount for the item.
Step 7 - Click submit to assign the Booth.
