NEXT GEN FLOOR PLAN:

To move an Exhibitor from one booth to another booth location, click on Assignments, choose 'show more', and select Move Exhibitor:

Without Financials

1. Select the booth the exhibitor is assigned or reserved to, and then select the booth the exhibitor should be moved in to. 
   
2. Use the Reason Code and Comment options to record why the exhibitor is moving to a new location. 
   
3. Click Submit
   
4. You will recieve the green success alert that the booth has been confirmed. 
   

With Financials

1. Select the booth the exhibitor is assigned or reserved to, and then select the booth the exhibitor should be moved in to. 
   
2.  Update the order item for the booth space from the New Order Item drop down, as needed.  If applicable add a Premium order from the Premium Order drop down.
   
   If a premium order is pre-selected and the new location should not be charged a premium, click on the Premium Order, find the currently selected Item (in bold) and click on it to de-select it.
   

1. Use the Reason Code and Comment options to record why the exhibitor is moving to a new location. 
   
2. Click Submit
   
3. You will recieve the green success alert that the exhibitor has been moved. 
   

Across Multiple Maps

If you have multiple maps and need to move your exhibitor from the current displayed map to another:

1. Directly type in the booth number you wish to move the exhibitor to and check the "Search in all maps" checkbox.

2. Select the populated booth number

NOTE: This process is the same with or without financials .

CLASSIC FLOOR PLAN:

Without Financials

Step 1 - Select Move Exhibitor
Step 2 - Click the booth the Exhibitor is currently in
Step 3 – Click on the booth the Exhibitor wants to move to
Step 4 - Click Submit to move the Exhibitor
NOTE – take care to make any layout changes to the destination booth before you move the Exhibitor.

With Financials

Step 1 - Select Move Exhibitor
Step 2 – Click on the booth the Exhibitor is currently in
Step 3 – Click on the booth the Exhibitor wants to move to
Step 4 – Review the Booth Rate Item/Premiums and update if needed
Step 5 - Click Submit to move the Exhibitor.
NOTES take care to make any layout changes to the destination booth before you move the Exhibitor.
