The Floorplan Management page comprises of 2 sections, the bar at the top with quick lists of Reports and Settings that are specific to managing the floor plan and the floor plan editing tools.

Reports
The quick list of reports that relate to floorplan management.
- UDC Report - Upgrade, Downgrade, Cancellation (UDC) Report shows all the changes to booths occupied by exhibitors.
Settings
This quick list of settings will help you manage the configurable parts of floorplan management like halls and pavilions.
- Floor Plan Wizard - where A2Z Events Support Staff manage the max layout of the floor plan.
- Halls - Add, Update, and Remove hall names that can be associated with booths in the Advanced functional menu.
- Maps - where A2Z Events Support Staff manage the maps that display in the tool bar and on the Event Map on the event website.
- Move In - Add, Update, and Remove Move In date options that can be associated with booths in the Advanced functional menu.
- Move Out - Add, Update, and Remove Move in Date options that can be associated with booths in the Advanced Functional menu
- Pavilions - Add, Update, and Remove pavilion names that can be associated with booths in the Advanced functional menu.
- Sub Expos - Add, Update, and Remove sub expo names that can be associated with booths in the Advanced functional menu.
- UDC Reason Codes - Add, Update, and Remove Upgrade Downgrade Cancellation (UDC) reason codes that can be logged when an assigned booth is resized, an exhibitor is moved from one booth space to another, or when an exhibitor is vacated from a booth space.
Floor Plan
The floor plan editor has a tool bar at the top, and a functional menu on the right.
