The Merge tool allows you to combine two or more booths into one larger booth. There are two types of merge functionality: Basic Merge and Advanced Merge.
- Basic Merge allows you to combine two or more booths to create a standard square or rectangular booth.
- Advanced Merged allows you to combine two or more booths to create a non-standard shape.
(e.g., angled sides, L booths, U booths, or booths with more or less than 4 sides.)

Basic Merge
1. Navigate to your floorplan, then click Layout > Merge from the right functional bar.
2. Specify the booth numbers to be merged:
There are three methods to specify which booths you wish to merge:
-
Method 1: Click each booth you would like to merge or select a range by clicking the opposite corners of the first and last booth of the range. Clicking the opposite corners automatically selects the booths in between.
-
Method 2: Select a range of booths from the Select Booth(s) to Delete dropdown list. Alternatively, type the individual booth numbers in the range and press the Enter key to select each. Typing opposite corners automatically selects all booths in between.
-
Method 3: Hold down the Shift Key, click on an outside corner, drag your mouse to select the desired range, and release to end selection.
You do not have to include the entire booth when dragging your mouse to create a selection. Partially highlighted booths in the selected area will be included in the merge selection.
3. Click Submit to create the merged booth space.
TIP - The Reset button clears out your selection, and allows you to restart your selection process.
If successful, a green Success alert appears and confirms your booths are now merged.
Booths located in a Non-Exhibiting Space (NES), or that are assigned or reserved for a company cannot be merged.
