Move Booth - Next Gen

The Move function changes the location of a booth or range of booths on the floor plan.

Choose Layout, then click on 'show more', and select 'Move'
Select the booth or range of booth by your preferred method:
- Click on the booth(s) that you would like to move
- Select the booth(s) from the drop down by typing the booth number(s) in and hitting the enter button to select, or clicking on them in the drop down box.
Determine where you want to move your booth(s) to by clicking on the blue outline and dragging it to where you want the booth to be moved.
Then choose Submit.
You will get a green success alert and your booth(s) will be moved.
You will get a red alert message if you try to move booth(s) where another booth or Non-Exhibiting Space (NES) already exists.

Move Booth - Classic

Choose Layout > Move, then choose the booth or range of booths that you would like to move by clicking on them. Then, type in the number of feet to you would like to move the booth(s) Up or to the Right

[Note – if you want to move the booth(s) Down or to the Left use a negative sign in front of the number (ex. -9)]. Then choose Submit.

You can also move a booth in inches by typing in the inches symbol after the number. For example, 6" will move the booth 6 inches. 1'6" will move the booth 1 foot plus 6 inches.
