Revive or add booths to the floorplan

The Revive tool allows you to bring deleted or hidden booths back from the max layout and make them visible on the active floorplan.

Revive - Next Gen Floorplan

 

1. Navigate to your floorplan, then click Layout > Revive from the right functional bar.

Tip- Select the checkbox option to enable the Max Layout. This view shows which booths can be revived and where they are located. Adjust the opacity by dragging the slider to the desired visibility.

2. Specify the booth numbers to be revived:

There are two methods to specify and select which booths you wish to revive:

Method 1: Type in the first and last booth in the range, hitting the enter button between booth numbers to specify a range of booths.
Method 2: Select each booth individually from the Enter Booth(s) to Revive dropdown list.

3. Click Submit to revive the booths.

If successful, a green Success alert appears and confirms the booths are now revived and visible on the floorplan layout.

If unsuccessful, a red Error alert appears if the selected booths are unable to be revived.  

• • Booths already exist:
    
    
    • Revive booths by selecting the individual booth number rather than a range.
    • Revive a smaller range of booths
    • Double-check that you are reviving the right booth numbers for the area you want to bring back - if you have unchecked the Master/MaxLayout option on the revive menu, recheck it by clicking on the check box. 
  • NES in the range already exists
    
    
    • Revive booths by selecting the individual booth number rather than a range.
    • Revive smaller ranges of booths
    • Double-check that you are reviving the right booth numbers for the area you want to bring back - if you have unchecked the Master/MaxLayout option on the revive menu, recheck it by clicking on the check box.

Revive - Classic Floorplan

Choose Layout>Revive, then type in the booth numbers for the top left booth into the Starting Booth text box and the bottom right booth into the Ending Booth text box. Then choose Submit. Hint – If you are not sure what the booth numbers are, or would like to see what booths are available to Revive, choose the Tools Palette, and then drop down the View Options, check the Max Layout (Booth Label) option and click Apply.
