Associate Booths with Types
If Booth Types feature is activated, in Floorplan Management it's possible to associate booths with their types (such as in-line, one corner, island, etc).
Activating Booth Type
Booth Type is enabled in Event Configuration.
Automatically Associate Booth Types
The system is set up to be able to select booth types for you. IN Advanced, click "Show more", click on Booth Type, and click on Process Booth Type button.
In Classic Floorplan, use Advanced Operation, Process Booth Type and Submit.
Manually Associate Booth Types
In Advanced, click on Booth Type
Select the type from the dropdown.
Select booth or booths, either by clicking on individual booths or holding down the Shift key to select a rectangle of booths.
Scroll down to click submit.

Step 1 – Select the Booth Type function
Step 2 – To select a contiguous range of booths – select the Top Left and Booth Right booth in the range by clicking on them.
To select individual booths, select the Non Contiguous Booths radio button, and then select the individual booths by clicking on them.
Step 3 – Select the appropriate Booth Type from the Drop Down menus.
Step 4 – Click Submit.
Reviewing Booth Types
In a report
To check that all booths are associated with a type, go to Reports>Exposition>Booth Report, and add the booth type from the drop down. Then run the report with Booth Type as the Sort By field. This will group all booths without a type together.
Visually on the floorplan
NextGen
You can use Filter View to check on existing booth types.
Under Filter View, select a color
Choose the Booth Type dropdown and select a booth type
Click Submit
Repeat with other colors for other booth types.
Classic:
To check that each booth has the correct booth type, go to Texturing. Select a color and a booth type to see each type.
