This menu group is used to add more information regarding booths. You can associate their Hall, Pavilion, or Sub Expo, add a Booth type, Move In / Move Out time, and answer custom questions about the booth. These items are useful for Attendees to search for on the Public Site, as well as in conjunction with Texturing to create customized PDFs for Internal Use and Sales. These fields are also available in many of our reports, and templates.
Halls – This feature associates booths with the Hall they are in, which can then be used in the Public Site Exhibitor Search
Pavilions – This feature associates booths with a Pavilion, which can then be used in the Event Site Exhibitor Search, and for internal reporting.
Sub Expos – This feature associates booths with the Sub Expo they are part of, and can then be used in the Public Site Exhibitor Search.
Move In / Move Out Schedule – This feature associates booths with the times that the Exhibitor must move in or move out their freight.
Custom Booth Fields – This feature associates booths with specific answers to custom fields that you can create using Events>Features>Custom Fields. These can be configured to show up in the Public Site Exhibitor Search if desired.
Manage Booth Type – This feature allows you to manually associate a booth with its booth type.
Process Booth Type – This feature allows you to automatically associate all the booths with a booth type. You can then manually override booth types using Manage Booth Type if needed.
