Add a Hall Name
Events > Floorplan > Settings > Halls
Here is where we will add the Hall Names that appear in the drop down list on the Floorplan Management Screen.
Using the Add Hall Form, enter the name of the Hall
Next click ‘Add’. Repeat for all the Halls.
Note – Currently the Hall Title, Description, and Color are not being used.
Associate a Hall with Booths
Events>Features>Expo Management>Floorplan Management>Advance>Hall
Step 1 – Select the Hall function
Step 2 – Select the Booth(s) to associate:

To select a range, use the Shift-Click-Drag selection style:
Hold down the Shift Key, click on an outside corner, drag your mouse to select the desired range, release to end selection.
Note: When dragging your mouse to create your selection, you do not have to include the entire booth. Booths that are partially included in the selection area will be included in the selection for merging.
- To select individual booths, click each booth, or type the booth numbers into the drop down box and hit 'enter' to select - repeat this process until all the booths you want to associate have been selected.
Step 3 – Select the appropriate Hall from the Drop Down menu.
Step 4 – Click Submit.
You can remove booths from a Hall by doing steps 1-3 and then clicking Disassociate.

Classic floor plan editor
In the classic floor plan editor, the functional tool bar is located at the top.
Events>Features>Expo Management>Floorplan Management>Advance Operations>Hall
Step 1 – Select the Hall function from the Advance Operations tab.
Step 2 – To select a contiguous range of booths – select the Top Left and Booth Right booth in the range by clicking on them.
To select individual booths, select the Non Contiguous Booths radio button, and then select the individual booths by clicking on them.
Step 3 – Select the appropriate Hall from the Drop Down menu.
Step 4 – Click Submit.
You can remove booths from a Hall by doing steps 1-3 and then clicking Disassociate.
