Add a Pavilion Name
Events > Floorplan > Settings > Pavilions- Here is where we will add the Pavilion Names that appear in the drop down list on the Floorplan Management Screen.
Using the Add Pavilion Form, enter the name of the Pavilion
Next click ‘Add’. Repeat for all the Pavilions.
Note – Currently the Pavilion Title, Description, and Color arenot being used.
Associate a Pavilion with Booths
Events>Features>Expo Management>Floorplan Management>Advance>Pavilion
Step 1 – Select the Pavilion function
Step 2 – Select the Booth to associate:

To select a range, use the Shift-Click-Drag selection style:
Hold down the Shift Key, click on an outside corner, drag your mouse to select the desired range, release to end selection.
Note: When dragging your mouse to create your selection, you do not have to include the entire booth. Booths that are partially included in the selection area will be included in the selection for merging.
- To select individual booths, click each booth, or type the booth numbers into the drop down box and hit 'enter' to select - repeat this process until all the booths you want to associate have been selected.
Step 3 – Select the appropriate Pavilion from the Drop Down menu.
Step 4 – Click Submit.
You can remove booths from a Pavilion by doing steps 1-3 and then clicking Disassociate.

Classic floor plan editor
In the classic floor plan editor, the functional tool bar is located at the top.
Step 1 – Select the Pavilion function from the Advanced Operations Tab
Step 2 – To select a contiguous range of booths, choose the Top Left and Bottom Right booth in the range by clicking on them.
To select individual booths, select the Non Contiguous Booths radio button, and then select the individual booths by clicking on them.
Step 3 – Select the appropriate Pavilion from the Drop Down menu.
Step 4 – Click Submit.
Note - You can remove booths from a Pavilion by doing steps 1-3 and then clicking Disassociate.
