Overview
When configuring your event in global admin, you will have the opportunity to choose what email addresses the email templates in the system are sent from.
The email addresses you choose will be what your exhibitors see when they receive a template from the a2z system as well as the email address that receives replies from exhibitors if they respond to the email. This gives show management the ability to associate different department emails that are responsible for different segments of an exhibition. For example, you may want your statement emails coming from a member of your finance team and your exhibit confirmation emails from a member of your show management team.
Below is a list of all template numbers related to each email. Detailed information about the purpose of each template can be found in the Email Template Summary article.
*Please note, not all templates may apply to your system based on your contract.
Setup
1. Once in your event, navigate to Event Settings > Event Configuration
2. The email manager segments will have text fields where you can enter in the desired email address
3. Exhibitors/Attendees will see the email entered in that field when receiving associated templates
Event Manager Email
The Event Manager Email will be the system default for the Finance, Contract, and Sponsorship Manager emails if those fields are left blank.
