An Exhibitor Tasks block can be added to their Hub page to encourage them to complete various activities for exhibiting. Task lists can include completing in-system forms as well as following links to other websites.
Admin Panel -> Site Building Tools -> Organizations Manager -> Tasks
Current Task List
Task - the task name
Due Date - the date by which the exhibitor must complete the task
Type - either a Link to an external resource or an in-system Form
Data - if an internal form, the name of the form the task is linked to
Who can complete the task? - the organization's Owner, any of organization's Members or Admin only.
Edit - edit or review the details of the given task.
Remove - remove the given task
Create New Task Definition - add a new task.

Description - the task name
Info - more details about the task, which will show up below the task name
Due Date - the date by which the task should be completed
- Link - an external URL. If this field is chosen, the Hyperlink field must be entered
- Form Submission - a built-in form. If this option is chosen, Review Item Categories must be populated with an existing form, which needs to first be built in Form Builder.
Who can complete the Task? - the organization's Owner, any of organization's Members or Admin only.
Save - click the Save button to save the changes.
