A reminder email can be sent to exhibitors to encourage them to complete the outstanding items in their task list.
The button queues the email for sending immediately.
Reminder Emails Queue
Status - includes Queued, Complete
Name - the name of the email
Created - the time stamp of when the mail button was pressed to queue the process
Started - the time stamp of when the mailing process began
Completed - the time stamp of when the mailing process completed.
Subject and body can be updated to include personalized text.
Merge fields include:
- XXORGANIZATIONNAMEXX - the name of the organization
- XXOUTSTANDINGITEMSXX - a list of outstanding items to complete
- XXORGANIZATIONHUBBUTTONXX - a login button
