The Add On Set Up tools enable you to create the appropriate add on listing to display for exhibitors to purchase on their online contract or from a stand alone page in their console.

Update your Online Booth Configuration (Opt)
If you are setting booth profile upgrade packages, ensure that you have update Online Booth Configuration first to make the packages. Check out the full Online Booth Configuration article for more information.
Set Up Financial Items
Create the required items in financial set up
- Financials>Settings>Financial Set Up
- Update existing items by clicking on the item name or use the Add New Item form to add additional items into the rate card.
- Required Fields in Item are
- Name
- Price
- Item Type
- Item Code
- Inventory
- Inventory=0 is unlimited
- Inventory>0 will display SOLD OUT when the inventory has been exhausted.
- Notes: Add-Ons ignore the following item types:
- Booth Space
- Booth Cancellation
- Sponsorship
- Premium
- Tax
Create a New Add On Type
- Financials>Settings>Add-On Set Up
- Create a New Add-On Type
- Name - Type in the name of this add on selection group. This does not display on the public form.
- Display Name - Type in the name that you want to display on the form online (see below for sample output)

Display on Page(s) - check the box for each page/form you want to display this type of Add-On.
- Add-On Sales - the stand alone page, usually linked from the exhibitor console
- Booth Sales - the Online Exhibit Contract page, displayed in one of the form panels.

Sort Order - type in a number to designate where in the form this Add On Type will display relative to the other types. .
- Note - You cannot have duplicate sort order numbers

Control Type (Samples below) - how the add on options will display for selection in the form. Select one of the following from the drop down box.

Drop down list - Use this control type for Item Types that sell a quantity of an item.
- Ex. Videos.

Check box list -Use this control type for Add On Types where the purchasing company can select one or more options from the type at the same time.
- Ex. Banner Ads, Logos

Radio button list - Use this control type for Add On Types where the purchasing company can only select one option form the type at a time.
- Ex. Basic/Silver/Gold/Platinum booth upgrades.

Drop down list - Use this control type for Item Types that sell a quantity of an item.
- Populate from last years Event? Check the box to have this question pre-answered based on what the company purchased in the previous event. Companies can still update/change the add on(s) if they want some thing different when you also check the next box.

Editable by Users - Can the companies update the options as they fill out the form.
- Leave this unchecked if this option is included, or required, based on your own process.

Click Add to create the new type.
- Use Reset to clear out your changes - this will not create a new type.
- Example of completed form:
Associated Add On
- Click on the Associated Add-Ons for the Type you want to update.
- Add On Type - This displays that Add On Type that this item will be associated with.
- Item* - Drop down the box to select an item from the Financial Set Up. If the item is not in the list, go add the item to Financial set up now. (see instructions above)
- Note - An Opt Out item is in the list to allow for ‘no purchase’ or ‘not interested’ option
- Display Name - Enter the name, and any other information, into the box. This is what will show up for the purchasing company to see in the form. You can use the WYSIWYG bar to add formatting to your text, add images and hyperlinks.

Sort Order (Check Box or Radio Button) or Max Quantity for Purchase (Drop Down List only)
- Sort Order - type in a number to designate where in the list of items in the Add On Type this particular item will appear.
- Max Quantity for Purchase - type in the maximum number of this item a single purchasing company is allowed to purchase.
- Preselect Add-On - when checked this option will already be selected when the form is loaded.

Booth Config Upgrade Level
- When this item is purchased, what upgrade level do you want the booth automatically set to in the Booth Config.
- Default is Basic, and will not change the existing upgrade level of the booth

- Upgrade 3
- When this item is purchased, what upgrade level do you want the booth automatically set to in the Booth Config.
- Custom Booth Config Field - when selling additional booth options individually (Videos, Press Releases, etc) select the correct designation from the list. This ensures that the correct allocation happens on successful purchase.

Click Add to save.
- Click Reset to revert the form to blank. This will not save any changes.

4696 - Promotional Opportunities: This is the header for the add on sales stand alone page.
4632 - ADD-ONs: This is the sub header
4633 [empty by default] - this is the description area that will display between msg #4632 and your Add On listings
ONLINE EXHIBIT CONTRACT
3854 - Booth Promotion Opportunities: This is the section header for the Add On Sales portion of the Online Exhibit Contract.
4301 - Enhance your visibility to attendees by selecting one of the upgrade packages below: description area that will display between msg 3854 and your Add On listings.
