A very high-level overview of payments by payment method and date, this report allows a user to view all payments by payment method, or, payments of a selected payment type. Each row of the resulting table will be a unique payment date.
To Pull the Report
Search for Event – Select the event from the drop down to run the report for that specific show, leave ‘---All‘--- ‘ to run the report for all events in the system that the logged in user has access to view.
Payment Date – Use the calendar tool to select a start and an end date to see the payment summary for payments made during the selected time range. Leave this blank to see the summary for the entire event.
Payment Mode – See all the methods by not selecting any mode, or select one or more methods to narrow the results.
Format(s) Available: HTML, Excel, ASCII, PDF, XML
Payment Date – Date entered in the payment date field, on the payment tab of the company record.
# of Payments [of Selected Mode(s)] – Total number of payments of the selected mode that were made on that date.
[Selected Mode] Amount – Total amount of money that was entered for the selected mode that was paid on that date.
Total Amount – Total amount of money paid for all selected modes for each date.
Total – Sum of each of the columns.
