Exhibitor Item Report shows the items that have been sold for a specific event in relation to the amount of inventory.
Click Reports on the top toolbar.
Go to Financial Management and click Exhibitor Item Report.
Pull the Report
- Select an Event from the drop down
- Click ‘Go’ to view results
The results will display in a table, with columns for the Item, Inventory Sold, Amount (of money generated by these items sold), Total Budget, Total Inventory, and Inventory Remaining.
Item - The name of the item as it is entered in Financial Setup
Inventory Sold - Total amount of the item that has been ordered. Use the Exhibitor Order Report for more details on these orders.
Amount - The total monetary amount of the orders associated with this item.
Total Budget - The amount entered into the Budget text box for this Item in Financial Set Up.
Total Inventory - The amount entered into the Inventory text box for this item in Financial Set Up.
Inventory Remaining - The Total Inventory minus the Inventory Sold. If the Inventory Sold has exceeded the Total Inventory the amount in this field will be negative (-); If the Inventory Sold is less than the Total Inventory the amount in this field will be positive (+).
These results can be downloaded as an ASCII delimited text file that can be opened in Excel.
