Site Building Tools Overview

The Site Building Tools section of the Admin Panel allows you to manage your site configurations, appearance, and organization (exhibitor) settings.

Important Note: Accessible Site Building tools vary according to the event package level purchased. Please ignore tools featured in this list if they are missing in your Admin Panel or contact your Project Manager if you cannot access a tool included in your package.

The following options may appear in Admin Panel > Site Building Tools: 

Badges Manager - Create badges to associate with segments or custom fields.

Body Editor - Set up your site's colors, fonts, and styles using an easy graphical user interface.

CSS Editor - Manually adjust site appearance using custom CSS code.

Events Manager - Manage the scheduling of events such as sessions and meetings.
*Available with the Call for Proposals, Conference, and Matchmaking.

Footer Editor - Set up the site footer's appearance and URLs.

Forms Manager - Create exhibitor submission forms and lists to display enhanced digital content.

Home Page Editor - Configure and personalize the site log-in landing page.

HTML Block Builder - Make content blocks to show custom page components via Page Editor.

Localization Editor - Modify any platform system text for better targeting of messages.

Matchmaking Manager - Configure the settings for and report on Matchmaking if this feature is in use.
*Available with Matchmaking.

Navigation Editor - Tailor the navigation bar and menus, update colors, and customize masthead logos.

Organizations Manager - Configure the Exhibitor Hub page which serves as their one-stop shop to update company profile information and manage their online presence.

Page Editor - Design site page appearance and customize the content shown to site visitors.

Profile Manager - Set up the visible profile fields on individual user accounts (attendees, speakers, etc.).

Segments Manager - Create and manage groups of site members to control who sees certain info.

Site Messages - Customize system-generated messages sent to site visitors.

Tours Manager - Set up a step-by-step tour that guides exhibitors, attendees, or other users through the site.

Videos Manager - Upload and display videos on relevant pages throughout your site.
