A Non-Exhibiting Space (NES) is a physical location on the floor plan that is being designated with a specific use, and will not be assigned to an exhibitor. This could be an Exhibitor Lounge, Internet Café, Demo Stage, etc.
Click Floorplan on the Left Toolbar
or click Floorplan in the top right corner.
Go to the NES tab and select Move.
Choose NES from the dropdown.
Either click on the NES and drag it in the desired direction or type in the distance into the Up and/or Right box. (To move the NES left type a negative number in the Right box. To move the NES down type a negative number in the Left box.)
TIPS:
Move the NES using the mouse, and then adjust to appropriate whole numbers.
To move by negative inches (rather than feet), type the minus into the Feet box and the inches portion into the Inches box.
Hit Submit.
