A Non-Exhibiting Space (NES) is a physical location on the floor plan that is being designated with a specific use, and will not be assigned to an exhibitor. This could be an Exhibitor Lounge, Internet Café, Demo Stage, etc.
The List feature allows you to see all of the NES for that event, delete multiple NES at one time, or click into one NES to edit the space.
Click Floorplan on the Left Toolbar
or click Floorplan in the top right corner.
Click on NES, Show More, and select List.
This will bring you to the list of all the NES on the floorplan for this event.
- Click the NES ID to edit a specific NES
- Click the checkbox to the right and click Delete at the bottom to remove multiple NES at one time.
Click Delete to remove all the NES with the checkbox checked or click Cancel to return to the floorplan.
