Template #30 - Exhibitor Confirmation Letter
Module: Expo Management
Type: Emailable Template
Purpose: To communicate with exhibitor whose booth was just confirmed or assigned. Details such as booth number, size, exhibitor password are generally included.
How to Send: This letter can be triggered to send on an individual basis from within a company record or en-masse from reports (Reports>Printing&Email>Exhibitor Confirmation Letters).
Recipients: Confirmed/Assigned exhibitors only
Sent From/To: Sent from Event Manager Email; Sent To Hierarchy/CC Hierarchy list at the bottom of the template
Template #89 Exhibitor Communication Letter
Module: Expo Management
Type: Emailable Template
Purpose: To communicate with All, Reserved, or Confirmed Exhibitors for a specific show. The template can be used for multiple purposes such as an Exhibitor Newsletter, Exhibitor Housing and Hotel Information, Consultative Exhibit Sales Communication, Exhibit Service Information, etc.
How to Send: Reports>Printing & Email>Exhibitor Communication Letter
Recipients: All, Reserved or Confirmed Exhibitors for a specific event
Sent From/To: Sent from Event Manager Email; Sent To Hierarchy/CC Hierarchy list at the bottom of the template
Template #91 Booth Move Confirmation Letter
Module: Expo Management
Type: Emailable Template
Purpose: The Letter is for Exhibitors that have moved their booth using the Move Exhibitor function on the floor plan to confirm they moved from their original booth to their current booth.
How to Send: This report can be sent to an individual company from Booths tab under the Company record, or to multiple recipients via Reports>Printing & Email>Booth Move Confirmation Letter
Recipients: Exhibitors that moved their booth location
Sent From/To: Sent from Event Manager Email; Sent To Hierarchy/CC Hierarchy list at the bottom of the template only to exhibiting companies that have moved their booth location
Template #92 Booth Cancellation Letter
Module: Expo Management
Type: Emailable Template
Purpose: To notify an exhibitor of their booth cancellation. The exhibiting company name will be added if the booth space is Vacated or Declined from the floor plan.
How to Send: This report can be sent to an individual company from Booths tab under the Company record, or to multiple recipients via Reports>Printing & Email> Booth Cancellation Letter
Recipients: Exhibitors that have Cancelled their booth space using Vacate or Decline
Sent From/To: Sent from Event Manager Email; Sent To Hierarchy/CC Hierarchy list at the bottom of the template only to exhibiting companies that have canceled their booth space
Template #93 Booth Reconfiguration Letter
Module: Expo Management
Type: Emailable Template
Purpose: To notify an exhibitor of their booth reconfiguration (increase or decrease) using the Resize function on the floor plan.
How to Send: This report can be sent to an individual company from Booths tab under the Company record, or to multiple recipients via Reports>Printing & Email> Booth Reconfiguration Letter
Recipients: Exhibitors that have reconfigured their booth space using the Resize function on the floor plan.

Template #81 - New Company Added Successfully Template
Module: Expo Management
Type: Automatically Generated
Purpose: If you allow new exhibitors to add themselves to the database, this email will be sent automatically from the system to the company/exhibitor and to Show Management upon the successful completion of the process.
Recipients: A company that has added themselves to the database by using the e_addcompany.aspx page and Show Management as notification that a company has been added.
Template #88 - Exhibitor Forgot Password Email

Type: Automatically Generated
Purpose: When an company clicks on the Forgot password link on the public site to request their company password, this email is automatically generated and sent to Company Contact Email address listed in the Company's record.

Template #21 - Show Guide – Exhibitor List Profile
Module: Expo Management
Type: Printed Document
Purpose: Create Printed Show Guide material. Many clients pull these reports to provide to their publisher for their printed program guides. Use this report to create your alphabetical listing of exhibitors with contact information and company profile. Each exhibitor is listed once.
How to Pull: This template is linked to the “Exhibitor Guide Reports” Reports> Printing & Email >Exhibitor Guide Reports.
Fields Include: Company (Address, Contacts, etc.), Booth (Size, Number, etc.) and Exhibitor (Address, Contact, etc.)

Template #32 – Exhibitor List Category - Exhibitor List Category
Module: Expo Management
Type: Printed Document
Purpose: Many clients pull these reports to provide to their publisher for their printed program guides. Use this report to create a list of exhibitors in each product category, with their booth number. Exhibitors will be listed in every category that was selected their online booth profile was created.
How to Pull: This template is linked to the “Exhibitor Guide Reports” Reports> Printing & Email >Exhibitor Guide Reports.
