Function pages contain functional tables/forms and are connected to your database. These pages are for the output of the items that you enter in your Global Admin.
You can add content to a Function page either through Content Management, or Message Management. Any content that is part of the Function page can be edited in Message Management. Note – if you add content to the Function page through Content Management, it will push the functional portion down the page.
Add a New Function Page
To add a new Function Page to your menu, first review the list of Functional Pages that already exist in your Content Management. If one already exists, you can activate it by specifying its position and checking its Allow Menu and Display Menu checkboxes.
If you need multiple instances of a function page, such as to be able to add it with multiple menus or to pass parameters, many function pages support that ability.
1. Add a new Content Page
At the bottom of Content Management screen populate the form to give it a name and a menu position.
2. Locate your newly added page and click on its name to start editing it
3. Replace the contents of the field Menu Name with one of the File Name options from the list below (such as, e_MyAccount.aspx ) and save the page.
Remove a Function Page
To remove a function page from the menu, uncheck its second checkbox (Display Menu).
It is not recommended that the first checkbox (Allow Menu) is unchecked, unless it is important that someone who might have bookmarked a page cannot access it.
It is not recommended that function pages are deleted, since that would cause them to become unavailable for configuration in the next year's event.
Adding Content to a Page
As with regular Content pages, additional verbiage can be added in Content Management. So long as the content ID is preserved, the content will show up above the function page's pre-programmed features.
Content cannot be added to the floorplan pages, as they are designed to load the map in its own window.

Troubleshooting
Q: My functional page has its Allow Menu checkbox checked on, but the page does not load on the Public Site
A:
1. Check whether there are additional instances of the page with the same MenuName. (The easiest way to do this is hit Ctrl-F in your browser to search the list of content items.) If there are multiples of the same page, they must all have the Allow Menu item enabled.
2. If this page is expected to be behind a login (such as Speaker Console or My Account), make sure that the Login page exists and all instances of it are activated. Exhibitor login page is e_login.aspx and attendee/speaker/submitter login is MyBriefcase.aspx
