Reports>Conference>Session>Room Overlap Report
This report allows the user to see if there are any time overlaps in room assignments. This report works best when room names/numbers are entered consistently [ex. Room 501 and Room #501 will list separately in this report.]
Select Event
Select an event from the drop down and click Go.
Results
Any session in rooms that have a time overlap will display in red. Any sessions without a room number will display at the top.
