Reports> Proposal Management> Proposal Log Report
This report gives the user a log of changes that were made to proposal, sorted by day. The report can be pulled by Event, Operator, Operation, Date, or a combination of the four options.
Pull the Report
- Select the Event from the drop down
- Select an Operator from the drop down (optional)
- Select an Operation type from the drop down (optional)
- Select a start and end date for the modified date range (optional)
Select Event – All events that are active for the logged in user will be available in the drop down.
Select Operator – All users that are marked as active will be available in the drop down.
Select Operation – The action that was done to the proposal, leave as ‘- - All - - ‘ to return all the changes
- Insert –Displays all the fields that were added when the proposal was first created.
- Update – Displays all the fields that have been updated.
- Delete – Displays all the fields that have been removed (cleared out).
Modified Date – Date the field was changed. To see all dates leave these fields blank, otherwise use the calendar tool to the right of the date text box to select a start and end date. If a single date is desired select that date as both the start and end dates. A day begins at 12:00am and ends at 11:59pm, selecting 4/1 – 4/2 will return all applicable operations from 12:00am 4/1 until 11:59pm 4/2.
Results
Log For Date – Date on which the following rows were changed.
Proposal Title – Name of the proposal that was changed.
Column Name – Name of the column/field that was changed.
Old Value – The data that was in the column/field before the change.
New Value – The data that was in the column/field after the change.
Operator – The user name of the person who made the change; Self Registered indicated that the change was made on the Event Site, by the submitter.
OperatorFullName – If available, the full name associated with the user name will be displayed.
Operation – What kind of change was made;
- Insert –Displays all the fields that were added when the proposal was first created.
- Update – Displays all the fields that have been updated
- Delete – Displays all the fields that have been removed (cleared out).
