Login to the Event Portal
Portal accounts for exhibitors are created per individual user as opposed to one account per company.
Users associated with exhibiting companies gain access via unique email address & password credentials.
Our systems automatically create user accounts for contacts associated with the exhibiting company after a booth is secured and your company is assigned to the floor plan. Access the Event Portal and your Exhibitor Hub by either logging into the Legacy Exhibitor Console - My Account page and then clicking the appropriate tile or directly via the URL provided by show management staff.
The first time you visit the event portal, click the Login button located on the home page or in the top-right corner of the main navigation bar on the Dashboard page. Next, click the Forgot Password? link to send an e-mail and create a password associated with your account.
After creating your password and logging in, you can begin exploring the portal! Update your personal profile, access your company profile, or visit your Exhibitor Hub and begin updating your booth information at your discretion. Your Personal Profile, Exhibitor Profile, and Exhibitor Hub may have different information displayed on each so be sure to check out all three and stay updated on important information, tasks, and reminders.

Contacts associated with exhibiting companies can edit profile information directly on the exhibitor profile page or via the Exhibitor Hub page. The company logo appears at the top of your profile on the cover banner which also displays the company name, booth number, and exhibitor package level, if applicable.
Profile information such as company details and contact information appears beneath the cover banner on the profile block. Click the Tab Name to toggle views and click [Edit] on each tab to populate your information. Please note: some fields displayed on your profile may only be editable by the show management team at their discretion.
The remaining types of information found on your exhibitor profile may or may not appear based on the event type and purchased package. Events with Conference and Matchmaking enabled may display a calendar of events on your profile that allows attendees to easily schedule meetings during the event. Events with Enhanced Digital Content (EDC) enabled are configured to display your products, press releases, show specials, and video content that attendees can browse.
Tip: We recommend uploading a rectangular photo for EDC content (e.g., products, press releases, show specials) that is 900x480 pixels.
