Navigate to the Proposals page on the front-end.
Find the Approved proposal you want to schedule and click on it to view the details.
- Note: you will only be able to schedule approved proposals as sessions
Click the Schedule Session button.
The title and description fields will auto populate from the proposal but can be edited as needed.
Select the Session Category you want to schedule the session in.
Select the date and time of the session.
Enter a location.
- Note: These fields can always be modified later if needed
Click Schedule.
After creating the session, you will be navigated to the session page.
On the main Sessions page, scheduled sessions will appear for attendees to discover and browse.
Returning to the proposal page you can see the session(s) that have been created from this proposal.
