The Admin Roles page, located in Admin Panel > Site Administration > Admin Roles, gives site administrators the ability to create distinct levels of access to the backend Admin Panel tool. After creating a new role, you can assign it to appropriate user accounts via the Admin List screen.
Use the profile attribute checkbox list of administrative permissions to create roles with varying levels of admin access. For example, designate front-end moderators by excluding the Access Admin Profile Attribute and prevent access to modify site details on the back end but allow the user account to perform selected admin actions on the front end.
Admin tools and permissions are set up based on the Events Package level and Add-ons purchased.
Some profile attributes listed in the profile attribute table are not relevant to event portal sites or may require further configuration by the A2Z team. Please contact your Project Manager for assistance if an attribute is selected but does not activate for your site.
Admin Role Permissions
The list below details the list of assignable admin profile attributes.
