Home Page Editor
From the Site Building Tools section of the Admin Panel, click Home Page Editor. The Home Page Editor screen provides styling options for the home page where users will land when accessing your community.
Details
From the Details section, enter Tag Line Text, upload a Background Image, and add a YouTube video link or a Logo.
- Tag Line Text, Background Image, and Logo or YouTube video are required.
- Background Image recommended size is 1920x1080.
Check Show ‘Register’ Button to display the register button on your home page. You will not need this if registration is through a different system.
If needed, enter an External Registration URL. This is used to send a user to an external site for event registration.
Enter Continue Button Text. This is the button text that will show when a user is logged in and lands on the home page.
Social
From the Social section, enter links to your social sites. The social icons will display on the home page when you add a link.
Partners
From the Partners section, enter Partner Line Text, Partner URLs, and Partner logos if needed.

Body Editor
From the Site Building Tools section of the Admin Panel, click Body Editor. The Body Editor screen provides quick styling options for many areas of the platform.
Pick an out-of-the-box color theme under the Themes section or put in specific hex-color keys on the Colors section to match your organization. Click the box to the right of the hex-color field to use the color picker.
- The success, info, danger, and warning colors will also be used in the meeting calendar for matchmaking. See the section called Meeting Calendar Colors.
Use the Fonts section to select your font and font colors. Link color will determine the color of links throughout.
Use the Styles section to change the appearance of borders and spacing.
Additional options, like header color for page modules, can be found under the Advanced Options tab at the top of the page.
Click Save when finished.
Footer Editor
From the Site Building Tools section of the Admin Panel, click Footer Editor. The Footer Editor provides options to customize the footer.
In the Footer Links section, add links and their associated URLs by clicking Create New Link. Delete unneeded links as needed by clicking Remove.
In the Footer Details section, select the Footer Background Color and Link Text Color as needed. Enter your organization’s name in the Copyright field. Check the checkbox for Social Media and input your social media URLs as desired.
Click Save when finished.
Navigation Editor
From the Site Building Tools section of the Admin Panel, click Navigation Editor. The Navigation Editor allows you to create and modify navigation links as well as upload your logo.
From Links section, drag and drop to reorder your navigation links. Create a new link by clicking Create New Link. Edit a link by clicking Edit.
- Enter a label. This is what text will appear in the navigation bar.
- Enter an internal community URL, for example /dashboard, or an external URL, for example https://www.google.com.
- Navigation can also be tied to a specific page in the community, for example /listings/category/25.
- Check Open in a new window if you want the link to open in a new browser tab.
- Check Enable Dropdown if you want the navigation option to be a dropdown and not a link itself; don’t enter a URL.
If Enable Dropdown is selected, click Edit Dropdown to edit or create links for that dropdown.
The Navigation Editor > Links page will have either the URL or (dropdown) listed.
Create a Column Header
Navigate to the dropdown menu links by clicking Edit on the top-level navigation link and clicking Edit Dropdown.
Click Create New Link, enter the Label for the column header, and click Save.
The URL will display DROPDOWN COLUMN HEADER. Any dropdown links below the header will appear under the column header in the top navigation bar as shown below.

Use the Details section to change your navigation colors and styling.
- Choose a Background Color. This will be the background color of the navigation bar.
- Choose a Link Color. This will be the color of the navigation text when not selected.
- Choose an Active Link Color. This will be the color of the navigation text when the link is selected.
- Choose if you want a Border or not.
- Choose the Border Color.
- Leave Enable Registration Link unchecked.
Check Enable Top Header to add a detailed top header about your upcoming show.
- Choose a Top Header Background Color. If you want it to match the navigation bar, choose the same color as the Background Color.
- Choose a Top Header Font Color.
- Check Enable Countdown Clock to have a countdown to your show.
- Select the Start and End Dates
- Enter the Venue Name.
- Enter the City.
Click Save.
Use the Logos section to upload your organization’s logo for the top navigation bar. The large logo will appear on desktop view and the small logo will appear on smaller screens. If only one is uploaded, it will be used for both desktop and smaller screens.
Click Save when finished.
