About Online Booth Configuration
The Online Booth Configuration screen gives the Show Manager the ability to configure the Standard Booth Package and configure up to 3 upgrade packages.
If you are participating in Revenue Acceleration Program (RAP), Online Booth Configuration features are managed exclusively by the RAP marketing team.
The features must be configured by event management team if their contract includes Enhanced Digital Content (or one of the grandfathered legacy features such as Enhanced Booth or Premium Digital Packages).
The 'Basic Upgrade' is what all exhibitors get by default, while the Upgraded Exhibitor’s eBooth Profile will have more rich content, and be more engaging for an Attendee.
Upgrade Packages are sold to the Exhibitors in one of the following ways:
- If Enhanced Digital Content Buyout Package is purchased, an informational tile may be added to Exhibitor Console or a content page may be created to describe the packages, and exhibitors will contact event management directly to complete the purchase.
- If Enhanced Digital Content Sales Package is purchased or the event participates in Revenue Acceleration Program, purchases may be made at the time of online contract or through Exhibitor Console. In this case, after the packages are defined using the process below, public site add-on sale must be enabled by adding the packages to the Add-On tool.
When an exhibitor should get one of the upgrade packages, the Show Manager or RAP team member must configure this in the Booth record for that exhibitor. Once the Exhibitor has been upgraded, they can go to the public site and update their eBooth profile based on the packages configuration.

Manage Online Booth Configuration
To apply these package options in Global Admin, use the following steps:
Step 1 - Log in to Global Admin
Step 2 - Select the event for which you would like to manage online booth configuration.
Step 3 - Navigate to Event Settings > Online Booth Configuration.
Step 4 – Edit the the Basic Upgrade Package only if you are not using the Revenue Acceleration Partnership Program.
Step 5 – Click save at the bottom of the form
Packages are designed to be incremental, such that Upgrade1 has all the items of Basic plus additional items and/or larger sizes, Upgrade2 has more than Upgrade one, and so forth.
Company Name (Text, 100 characters) The name or Exhibiting-As Name of the company
Booth Label (Booth Number, cannot be edited)
Contact Name (Text, 400 characters) Full name of the Booth Contact. Ex: Jane Archer
Contact Title (Text, 400 characters) Job title of the Booth Contact Ex: Sales Executive
Address 1 (Text, 255 characters) Address of the Booth Contact Ex: 123 Main St.
Address 2 (Text, 255 characters) Address of the Booth Contact, line 2 Ex: Suite 200
City (Text, 100 characters) City of the Booth Contact. Ex: Washington
State (text, 100 characters) State or Province of the Booth Contact. If the country is United States or Canada, this field will be a dropdown. For other countries, it will be free text entry field.
Zip Zip Code or Postal Code of the Booth Contact. If the country is the United States, this must be a 5 or 9 digit zip code. If the country is Canada, it must be a 6-character postal code of alternating numbers and letters. For other countries it is a free entry field of up to 100 characters.
Country (Dropdown) The country of the Booth Contact.
Phone The phone number of the Booth Contact. If the country is US or Canada, this field must be formatted as a valid phone number (with optional extension). Ex: 301-555-5555ext123
Fax The fax number of the Booth Contact. If the country is US or Canada, this field must be formatted as a valid phone number (with optional extension). Ex: 410-555-5555
Toll Free The toll free number of the Booth Contact. If the country is US or Canada, this field must be formatted as a valid phone number (with optional extension). The toll free number may include letter characters. Ex: 800-CALLNOW
Email (text, 255 characters) The email address of the booth contact. Must be a valid email address with an @ character and no extra spaces. Ex: janearcher@company.com
Primary Address Checkbox (checkbox): when an exhibitor checks this checkbox, an email will be sent to Event Manager, to inform them that this exhibitor's changes to Booth address should also be applied to the main company record. This email is based on template #63, Primary Address Change.
Welcome Message (Text, 255 characters) A short message that an exhibitor can display in their booth before the online profile.
Print Profile (Text) A short description without HTML formatting, suitable for including in a printed show guide or as a mobile app profile.
Online Profile (Text) A long description that can include HTML formatting, suitable for display in the online booth.
Website URL (Text, 255 characters) The exhibitor's URL. Ex: https://personify.com
Company Logo/Image (.jpeg, .jpg, .bmp, .tif, .png ; 25 MB max, not exceeding 250 W x 120 H pixels) A logo an exhibitor can upload to display in their online booth.
Press Releases - The number of Press Releases the exhibitor can enter.
Products - The number of featured Products the exhibitor can enter.
Show Specials - The number of Show Specials the exhibitor can enter.
Exhibitor Leads Available with Connect and Virtual Connection Suite features. Allows exhibitor to view attendee leads.
Appointment Scheduler Displays a control in the exhibitor's online profile which allows attendees to email the exhibitor in a secure manner and without gaining access to the exhibitor's email address.
Product Categories The number of Product subcategories the exhibitor may select.
Brands (Text, 1000 characters) A list of brands that the exhibitor may feature. Example: Personify 360, A2Z Events, Community
Maximum Appointments Available with Connect and Virtual Connection Suite features. Maximum number of appointments the exhibitor may request.
Maximum number of Attendees in Favorite Available with Connect and Virtual Connection Suite features. Maximum number of attendees the exhibitor may favorite.
Enable User Agent Available with Connect and Virtual Connection Suite features. A technical configuration.
Enable Profile Tracker Available with Connect and Virtual Connection Suite features. A technical configuration.
Maximum Emails Available with Connect and Virtual Connection Suite features. The maximum number of emails the exhibitor may send to attendees.
Upgrade Level Show at top of Exhibitor List On/Off Available with Connect as well as with Revenue Acceleration Partnership Program only.
Do Not Print (checkbox) hides the exhibitor from exhibitor list, and does not display their name on their booth.
Videos The number of videos the exhibitor may upload.
Display As Enhanced Available with Connect as well as with Revenue Acceleration Partnership Program only.
NOTES
Booth Contact is the attendee-facing contact who will be exhibiting at the event.
For any field of type TextArea, set the length to 0 to hide the field from the entry form.
