This configurable report displays detailed information regarding show floor booths, including all the Custom Exhibitor Fields. These booths are managed on the Floorplan through the left toolbar, or by clicking the floor plan quick link at the top right of the screen.
To Pull the Report
- Select Display Fields
- Select Search Criteria
- Select up to 3 levels of sorting
- Select an output format
Display Fields: Select which of the 60+ available fields you would like to display on this report, up to 24 fields per instance.
- Fields Include: Booth Information (size, Number, status, Etc), Exhibitor Information (Booth Contact, Address, etc.), Company Information (Company Contact, Address, Etc), and all Custom Exhibitor Fields.
Search For: If applicable select any search criteria. By default the Event drop down will have the event that was selected on the home screen selected.
- Search Options: Event (Select one or all); Status (Available, Reserved, Assigned); Date Type (Assigned or Reserved Date) Custom Exhibitor Fields that are Select One from Many Options, or Select One or More from Many Options will also be available, select one or more answer option to narrow results.
Sort By: Select the fields from the drop downs to sort the report output. You can select up to 3 levels of sorting, starting with the top box.
Output Format: Select your preferred output format from HTML, ASCII, Excel, PDF, XML
View Report creates the requested output type with the selected fields and search criteria
Reset takes the template back to the default settings.
Search Description & Save allows the user to name the template and save it for use later, saved report templates are available in Reports, My Reports as well as in the My Reports list at the bottom of the report page.
