Report Recipe: Booth by SubExpo

Purpose of Report: See the Booth Inventory list by the SubExpo that each booth has been associated with on the floor plan. 

Fields included:

• SubExpo
• Booth Id
• Event Name
• Booth Label
• Booth Size
• Booth Type
• Company Name
• Date Assigned
• Booth Status

Variations:

1. Sub Group by:
   • Booth Status: click the Radial Dial for Booth Status, and then select the Group Icon at the top of the dial to group the booths in each hall by their status (Occupied, Reserved, Available
   • Hall: In the Fields list on the left, search for Hall, and drag over the Booth>Hall option. Then click the Radial Dial for Hall, and select the Group Icon at the top of the dial to group the booths in each hall by their hall
   • Pavilion: In the Fields list on the left, search for Pavilion, and drag over the Booth>Pavilion option. Then click the Radial Dial for Pavilion, and select the Group Icon at the top of the dial to group the booths in each hall by their Pavilion. 
2. Add a Visualization
   • Booth Size Compare - Choose the Visualization configuration on the right, and then select a Bar chart type.  
     • Over all 
       • Label=Booth.SubExpo from Group Headings
       • Value= Sum: Booth.Booth Size from Group Footers
     • By Status - First use the Booth Status variation listed above. 
       
       • First Label=Booth.SubExpo from Group Headers
       • Second Label=Booth.Status from Group Headers
       • Value=Sum:Booth.Booth Size from Group Footers. 
   • % of Booths in each Sub Expo - Choose the Visualization configuration on the right and then select a Pie Chart type. 
     • Count
       • Label=Booth.SubExpo from Group Headers
       • Value=Count:Booth.Booth Id from the Group Footers
     • Size
       
       • Label=Booth.SubExpo from Group Headers
       • Value=Sum:Booth.Booth Size from Group Footers.
