ChirpE Mobile App Dashboard
If your event is leveraging a mobile app powered by a2z's ChirpE platform (Premium or MyEventPlan), then be sure to navigate to the Events > Mobile screen in your Global Admin to check out the newly launched ChirpE Mobile App Dashboard.
It provides a quick, snapshot view of your app's usage and engagement, as well as valuable insight into which aspects of your event are of the greatest interest to your event participants.
Texturing in Floor Plan Management
The Floor Plan Management section of your a2z Global Admin houses a set of powerful search and highlighting features grouped under the 'Texturing' menu. Very handy for building and printing out character-specific, comparative versions of your floor plan, Texturing can prove to be a valuable planning tool for your booth sales team.
Your team can use it to highlight booths based on specific criteria, such as the designated salesperson, product category or subcategory, booth area or dimensions, move in or move out times, and more.

Technical Support for Attendees, Exhibitors & Speakers
In recent years, we have put a lot of focus on proactively providing technical support, where needed, to event participants who are using your a2z-powered event website and mobile app.
As a part of this initiative, we have created an End User Support (EUS) team which manages the help desk site, and responds to users technical questions via email.
Accessible from the event website, mobile app and all promotional communications served by a2z's digital media marketing team, the guide provides role-based, step-by-step instructions the search, planning, and networking features available to users. The site incorporates self-help search along with FAQ to answer the questions most commonly asked by the end users.
Clients are encouraged to send users to our guide to alleviate how-to questions for the a2z-powered solutions and to offer a direct line to our EUS team.
