Convert a Reserved (Green) booth into an Assigned (Yellow) booth.

Assignments>Confirm
Select Assignments, then click on Confirm
Without Financials
- Select the Reserved Booth by clicking on it, or selecting it from the dropdown
- Click Submit
- You will recieve the green success alert that the booth has been confirmed.
With Financials
- Select the Reserved Booth by clicking on it, or selecting it from the dropdown
- If an order was NOT added at the time the booth was reserved associate the right booth space rate by either:

Use Existing order, if an existing order was created in the company record.
- If no existing order then select a new order from the New Order drop down box
Note: You can override the price per square foot [or square meter] in the Price Override box, by entering a new price per square foot [or square meter]

Use Existing order, if an existing order was created in the company record.

As applicable, select a Premium from the Premium Order drop down box.
Note: You can override the price of the premium order by typing in the new cost into the Premium Override box6. For times when the salesperson is someone other than the person entering the order, you can select the appropriate Salesperson from the dropdown. Additional Salespersons may be added by an admin user via User Management.
7. Click Submit to reserve the Company to the Booth.
8. You will recieve the green success alert that the booth has been confirmed.
Classic Floorplan Confirm
Events>Features>Expo Management>Floorplan Management>Assignments>Confirm
Use this Function to change the reserved Booth into an assigned Booth. Reserved booths are green on the floor plan, assigned booths are yellow.
Without Financials
Step 1– Select Confirm
Step 2 - Click the reserved booth on the floor plan to select it
Step 3 - Click Submit
With Financials
Step 1 – Select Confirm
Step 2 - Click the reserved booth to select it. If you reserved the booth with an Order, go to Step 4
Step 3 – If you reserved a booth without creating an order then:
Select an Existing order from the dropdown
Or
Select a Booth Space Order Item from the dropdown
Step 4 – Select a Premium if applicable
Note - If the salesperson is someone other than you then select the appropriate Salesperson from the dropdown. ( Additional Salespersons may be added by an admin user via User Management.)
Step 5 - Click Submit
