"This event is currently configured to use your payment gateway in test mode. In test mode, payments may be submitted successfully for this event in Global Admin and your event site, but the payment will not be charged to the credit card. With this change, if a transaction fails while making a credit card payment on the My Account, Booth Sales, Add-on Sales, or Sponsorship sales pages, the system attempts to void the original transaction. If the void transaction fails on the payment gateway, the system will add an entry in the VoidPaymentFailureLog, the verisignlog tables, and an email will be sent to the Finance Manager Email (if blank it will go to the Event Manager Email) indicating that there is a failed transaction to be addressed in their payment gateway. The email body, subject and the from are driven by messages #4991, 4992, 4993.
