The FAQs that show up on the public site can be sorted into categories. Usually these are used to designate specific audiences, such as Exhibitors, Speakers, Sponsors, Attendees and so forth.
FAQ Categories are Global, meaning that they are used by all events in the system.
FAQ Category List
Each category's ID and Name are displayed. Clicking on a category ID or name allows editing the category.
Adding/Editing a FAQ Category
Type in the desired category name and click the button.
Deleting a FAQ Category
The delete button on the FAQ Category List is available only if no questions are associated with the category in any of the events.
